I was in Soper's Hole in the British Virgin Islands when I took this shot. I was getting ready to shoot this colorful staircase when this woman came along and added just the element of interest the image needed.
About Bill Jonscher
I have been a photographer for over 40 years. I have worked in and managed a portrait studio, shot yearbook pictures, stock photography, weddings, events, concerts, sports, and worked as a lab tech for Penn camera in Washington, DC for many years. My images have appeared in the Washington Post, in the book "Maryland Outdoors", and on numerous websites.
